The Transit Connect I is a compact van delivered with a Ford 6000CD radio (M-code) in early models and the V-code Sony/Visteon radio in later examples. As a commercial vehicle, the code card is frequently missing.
Before 2004: M-code via buttons 2+6. From 2004: V-code via buttons 1+6.
Check the year for M-code or V-code
Turn on the ignition — the radio shows "CODE"
For M-code: hold buttons 2+6. For V-code: hold buttons 1+6
